Templebreedy has a great student, parent and community involvement in the Active School Flag process and in everyday events of the school.
All our active information is displayed on our Active Schools display board in school. We love to praise our students when they achieve something outside of school – no matter how big or small the achievement.
The active school committee meets on a regular basis to discuss the progression and goings on of our active school’s campaign. In these meetings we review what has been happening in previous weeks and plan our next events.
Pupils in the senior room have carried out a ‘what club are you in?’ survey where they found out about physical activity opportunities in the community. We are a very active school!
Our school emailed the Local Sports Partnership and the Sports Inclusion Disability Officer to find out about opportunities for young people, of all abilities and their families to get active in their local community.
Our school will be distributing the ASF pupil questionnaires and ASF parent questionnaire in the third term.
